Beach vibes for beach living! This modified Peregian was designed to support a lifestyle change for our owners, who were swapping trees for the salt air of iconic Rainbow Beach.  

Beautifully finished with 2 bedrooms and bathrooms, double car accommodation and open plan style – this design required a skilled hand to accommodate the preferences of the owner, while reducing the overall size to comfortably fit the block. 

The design also incorporates a beach-side must have: a large deck! This is one of our favourite features of this home, as it backs onto tranquil, private bushland. 

Featuring light wood accents throughout and completed with a soft off-white paint throughout, this home ticks all the boxes for beach living.
